A trip to the grain elevator...

This morning, Mom and I went to the grain elevator to get corn for the ducks, and dog food.

I love these old sings they have in the elevator.

We do have a lot of snow...

Of course we stopped at the thrift store while we were in town. :)

Some of my finds at the thrift store!

A 'like new' tote for $.50!

A cute apron with embroidery of... flowers with wings?! Interesting color combination too!

Someone went to a lot of work to make this apron. I love the zigzags and the shaped waist.

I always enjoy looking through the boxes of patterns at thrift stores. This time I found one with a pattern for a scarf with a curved edge so it will lay flat under the collar. It's hard to see but the lady on the pattern envelope wearing the red striped blouse has the scarf on.

We had a fun time. :) I love old towns in the country.
