This lovely dress is from 1837. I really like the fan pleating on the bodice. I wish there was a pattern for this dress somewhere, I'd like to try it! Although I'm not sure about the 'V' waistline... I've tried to replicate the pleating on the bodice as best I could on a couple dresses, and it gives a very pretty look:

Yes both dresses are so pretty! I am a big fan of the late 20's through to the 50's! I just love the flattering and pretty styles! SO romantic and gorgeous!
