Zucchini Yeast Bread


We have a lot of zucchini in our garden, so we have been trying to think up creative ways to use it.


I needed to make bread, so I grated up some zucchini to add to the liquid. (I made two batches of bread and added about 1 pound shredded zucchini to each batch.)


The bread turned out very moist and nice.
I think Dad will like it. :)
