Yesterday I went over to watch our friend's little boy Josh, while she went to do an errand, (and see her husband and oldest daughter off to Romania), and the other children did the animal chores. (Josh has allergies and can't be out in the barn.)
He was very good and we played with his train and looked at books together. :)
When the other children came in, the girls strained the milk and the boys showed me what the seeds in a Milk Weed pod look like.
Since they were not 'ripe' yet they were very shiny and rubbery.
Later on Noah sat down and drew some horses and a knight with a spear, a sword and bowie knife. He likes to draw and occupied himself for quite a while. I asked him what his knight's name was and he laughed and told me he doesn't name paper!
