Celebrating Ana's Birthday....

Friday was Ana's birthday, but we celebrated it on Saturday. Mom took us girls to get a Color Analysis done!! Mrs. Jill Swanson did Mom and Dad's colors many years ago and happened to be in a town near us on Saturday - so it worked out for her to do us. We met her at the hotel she was staying at and had a fun morning!! What a treat!!

Here she is putting together a color packet for one of us.

Trying out different colors and combinations of colors on me.

Here she is seeing what color of jewelry would be best. Silver won out!
She said I am a "Striking Winter" so I need to wear dark, light, and bright colors...so no pastels or soft muted colors.

It was nice to be in an air conditioned building too. (I am VERY allergic to Rag Weed so I've been sneezing a lot lately, but air conditioning really helps that to calm down.) :) We enjoyed our time so much. Mrs. Swanson is a very cheerful friendly lady and so good at what she does!! We have been going through our closets and I've started going through my fabric too.

For supper we had Ana's birthday meal - enchiladas and fruit salad with a Blueberry Lime Terimisu for dessert. Yum!

Amy took this picture of Ana and me. (We realized after the fact that we hadn't gotten any pictures of us three girls together - oops.)
It was a busy day, but fun!

Happy Birthday Ana!
That must have been so fun to see what colors you look good in!
