This afternoon I baked an apple pie using sliced apples we had frozen last fall. We like pies here, Dad especially! Someone in years past planted several apple trees on this farm, and we are enjoying the fruit of their labor. Now we are planting apple trees for the future. :)

It looks delicious! You're so fortunate to have apple trees, and real apples... I miss 'em so.
